SHIPPING AND RETURNS

UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days of order confirmation. Orders will be delivered between Monday to Friday and will be received within 2-5 working days.
We ship via UK Mail and unfortunately are unable to ship next day delivery.
All international shipping would be shipped via Ipostparcels.com, please request tracking details to monitor your package. All international orders are processed within up to 3 days and you would receive your order within 5-10 business days there after. All parcels are signed for.
If you have any queries in regards to Shipping please contact our Customer Care team email@example.com and we would respond within 48 hours.
We are committed to parcel all orders well to ensure your product is delivered safety, however we are unable to take responsibility for damaged packaging in the process of transit. Please do contact us if your parcel has been tampered with and we would then make the necessary arrangements to contact the shipping company for compensation of damaged parcels.
Please also note, in an event where your parcel is lost, please contact our team (firstname.lastname@example.org), we will commit to claiming from the shipping company for your lost items and would make the necessary arrangements to resend your item or offer a refund once the claim is admitted.
Amby Rose does not accept responsibility for you entering your shipping details incorrectly and are unable to resend goods you have purchased under the wrong address.
All orders are shipped via UK MAIL and we receive a consignment number/ tracking code. We are notified when a package is signed for wether it is in a secure location or wether it is signed for. All tracking codes and consignment numbers can only be issued to customer upon request and we are unable to send tracking information once parcel deliveries are booked, however we do send an email to notify you when orders are Awaiting Shipment and have been Shipped.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons other than the terms stated below. As we are certain you will understand, only unopened items in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging that meet this criteria may be eligible for a refund or exchange (unless defective).
Amby Rose will issue refunds for:
1) Damaged Items
2) Defective Items or
3) Wrong Items Shipped.
Additional non-returnable items:
Refunds are issued to the original billed to customer using the same payment method used to make the original order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you feel our products does not exceed your expectations please email our Customer Service team at email@example.com indicating your issues with our products including your Order Number and Name. Provided it has not exceeded our 30 day returns policy, we would review your issue and decide on wether a refund or exchange can be offered to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only fully priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Please note, we are only able to make exchanges for products at the same value or more.
To return your product, you should contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be able to direct you on the address the goods needs to be shipped to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
